Train both your mind and your body to safely and confidently respond and adapt to conditions in any environment and mitigate stress, and anxiety on land and in the water. Practicing breath control and breathing exercises can help students perform optimally on the field, court, track, course, pool, stage, and classroom. The introduction to breath control workshop will teach students how to overcome anxiety and build resilience by empowering them to face fears and gain confidence on land and in the water– one breath at a time. The REVIBE Breath Control and Water Safety Workshop is designed for students in grades 6-12. Participants will learn breathing exercises, practice water safety and rescue, and experience some really fun underwater workouts with knowledgeable, passionate, and caring coaches. All participants must: Be able to swim at least 100 m non-stop without fins, only with mask or goggles. Tread water for 5 minutes.
